Osteopathy in Hamburg
Hello and welcome,
I am Tri Luc Vernet, a dedicated Osteopath, Breathwork Facilitator, and Physiotherapist. With roots in both France and Vietnam, I spent my formative years in France before relocating to Belgium to pursue my studies in physiotherapy. After four enriching years of academic and practical exposure, I felt a calling to evolve my understanding of the human body.
This led me to embark on a comprehensive 5-year osteopathy program spanning both Paris and Berlin, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in 2021.
My professional journey has taken me to diverse corners of the globe, from private clinics in French Guiana, Mayotte, and St. Martin, to hospitals worldwide. Most recently, I’ve found my niche in Vietnam, where I practiced as both an Osteopath and Breathwork Facilitator. Now, I am excited to return to Germany and establish my practice in the vibrant city of Hamburg.
My primary mission as an Osteopath is to alleviate pain and discomfort. Over time, I’ve grown deeply intrigued by the transformative power of breath. This fascination inspired me to train as a Breathwork Facilitator. I am a staunch advocate for the synergy of osteopathy and breathwork, believing that their combined power can create unparalleled healing and holistic well-being. Thus, I often weave breathwork into my osteopathic sessions to offer a comprehensive healing experience.
2022: Breathwork Facilitator – Spirit of Breath Collective, Berlin, Germany

Greetings!
I am Melina Herbst, a certified Osteopath, Yoga Instructor, and Physiotherapist hailing from Hamburg, Germany.
My journey began in 2011 when I graduated in physiotherapy. Over the years, I’ve meticulously refined my expertise in manual therapy, lymphatic drainage, and pilates. Eager to deepen my understanding and broaden my therapeutic approach, I embarked on a rigorous 5-year osteopathy program at the Osteopathy Schule Deutschland (OSD) in Hamburg, graduating in 2021.
With a decade of experience under my belt, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse public and private sectors. My commitment to holistic health has also led me to participate in humanitarianmissions in Nicaragua and Vietnam.
Furthermore, I spent a significant period practicing as an Osteopath in Saigon before returning to my cherished Hamburg.
My passion lies in seamlessly integrating yoga into my treatments. This holistic approach not only addresses physical ailments but also nurtures the mind.
My pilgrimage to Rishikesh, India, where I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Hatha Vinyasa, was transformative. I firmly believe in the power of personal connection. To me, establishing a genuine rapport with my clients is as vital as delivering top-tier care. Rest assured, when you visit, you will be greeted with a warm, safe, and nurturing environment.

OSTEOPATHY
The conscious connected breathing
Breathing is an automatic act, a steady rhythm we often take for granted. It fluctuates with our emotions, quickening during moments of stress, and slows during moments of peace. Yet, this natural function holds a potent tool within it - breathwork. With a bit of practice, we can harness our breath to navigate stressful periods, boost motivation, or prepare for physical exertion.
So, what exactly is breathwork?
Broadly speaking, breathwork is a collection of exercises that use the breath as a pathway for physical, mental, and emotional healing…
Understanding Yoga
Yoga, an ancient practice originating from India at least 5,000 years ago, is derived from the Sanskrit word for unity. It emphasizes the importance of oneness and the interconnected nature of body and mind.
Over time, three disciplines from Patanjali's eight-limbed path have gained widespread acceptance: Asanas, Pranayama, and Meditation. Asanas, the physical exercises of yoga, cultivate strength, flexibility, and vitality, while increasing life energy. These practices help to relax and foster personal development, making them particularly popular in the West…
BREATHWORK
The Integration of Body, Mind, and Spirit
In the realm of holistic healthcare, osteopathy stands out as an approach that truly appreciates the individual. This manual therapy harnesses the body's innate capacity for self-regulation, working towards restoring the balance of the body's structures and systems. Informed by a profound understanding of health sciences and the complex interplay within our bodies, osteopathy is a practice designed to help you regain control over your health. An osteopath works much like a detective, their hands meticulously exploring to unearth the root cause of neuro-musculoskeletal, visceral, and cranial dysfunctions. In doing so, they craft a treatment plan that is as unique as you, and responsive to your specific health needs…
